D: 2 oz grilled chicken, 3 stems broccoli
S: 20 pistachios

exercise: not sure?

Oh how delicious ANY type of food sounds. I'm still on liquids..blahhh
Breakfast: My first taste of yogurt since surgery (thanks Paige) went down really well!! Had about 2 oz.
Lunch- Ordered my fave chicken soup - broth only for dinner last night, so leftovers for me!
Dinner- More broth.
Water- trying to get as much as I can down!
Vitamins- done
Excersize- not yet.
PS- I can't tolerate proteins yet, still trying- so don't be hard on me for no protein! It will come in time...

Hang in there. Try some of that Proti Diet for your protein, it's pretty tasty and goes down like water.
B: 1/2 a scrambled egg (it didnt want to go in today for some reason)
S: Protein Mocha (1 scoop jay rob chocolate, 2 tsp decaf instant coffee, 1 cup milk warmed up...YUM)
L: 1/4 c buffalo chicken salad
S: Premier Nutrition Protein Shake
D: 2 oz Shrimp 2 Tbsp pureed sweet potato
Water: 64 oz
Vitamins: Almost done
Exercise: 30 Minutes Walking
